Scene: Andrew's workshop. Axel unlocks the front door with a key and walks to where Agent Danger is being held inside a glass container.
(Axel is about to open the container, but the door doesn't budge)
Axel: Locked? (He groans) Aw, man!
Zoe: You in here, Axel?
(Axel get startled by the voice that he ducks down. But to his relief, it is only Zoe who closes the front door and walks towards him)
Axel: Zoe? Ah! Phew! I thought you were Uncle Andrew.
Zoe: If I was, you'd be on dish duty for the next forever.
Axel: I can explain. Let me rewind a bit.
(The entire scene "rewinds" to two hours ago to when Axel and Uncle Andrew are both in the same place where Axel and Zoe are currently at. Axel is admiring Agent Danger that he places his hands onto the glass container)
Axel: So, cool! Can I hold it?
Uncle Andrew: Agent Danger is a prototype. He's not ready for play yet.
Axel: But--
Uncle Andrew: Promise me, Axel. No touching Agent Danger until I've had time to work out, uh... the quirks.
(Axel groans)
Axel: Fine.
(The entire scene "fast-forward" back to the present time)
Axel: I gave him time. Two whole hours!
Zoe: I can't believe you and I are the same species.
(Axel places his hands onto the glass container again)
Axel: Look at him! Mystery mask. Steely eyes. Ready for action! Agent Danger's practically screaming, "Axel, get me out of my glass jail!" (Zoe walks away from Axel to get out of the toy shop) There's got to be a key, right? Help me out, huh, Zoe? (He notices Zoe is gone) Zoe?
Zoe: Bad idea!
Scene: Streets of the city. Axel is following Zoe out of the toy shop.
Axel: Zoe! Wait! I might need help! Zoe! Come back! Wait!
(While Axel is chasing after Zoe, he accidentally leaves the toy shop's door open. This allows Rufin to sneak inside without anyone around watching him)
Rufin: Perfecto!
(Zoe stops riding her bike when Axel catches up with her)
Axel: Where are you going?
Zoe: Far away from the trouble you're about to get into.
Scene: Andrew's workshop. Axel arrives back inside the shop, but only to see Agent Danger missing inside his container.
Axel: Ah! Agent Danger! No way. He was here, like, three seconds ago. Am I having brain fail? Or has he been... toy-napped? (He takes out his cellphone and looks through his contact list) I can't call Uncle Andrew or Zoe. They'll totally think I did it! Whoever took Agent Danger is a pro. And the only way to beat a pro is with another pro.
(Axel calls Galileo)
Scene: Axel's room. Galileo, who's camouflaged, is watching the Junior Genetic Spy Lizards TV show.
Galileo: The only way this show could be better, is if I was in it? Ha, ha, ha! (His cellphone rings, so he picks it up on video call) Hello?
Axel: Galileo, you there? I can't see you!
Galileo: Kind of the point of camouflage. (He pauses the TV) Especially when chillaxing between missions! I didn't want to be bothered while watching my show!
Axel: I thought your character wasn't on the show.
(Galileo, offended, pretends there is interference on the line to end his video call)
Galileo: I ink our ignal is... breaking up. Goodbye!
Axel: Speaking of missions, you up for a super-secret spy assignment?
(Galileo gets up from his lounge chair and takes off his sunglasses. He also uncamouflaged himself)
Galileo: You need my special skills? Well, hello, stranger. (He grabs his spy goggles and jetpack) Yonk!
(At the stairs, Galileo shows off his spy moves while on his way to the workshop)
Scene: Andrew's workshop.
(Galileo hums out an adventure soundtrack while still showing off his moves, but Axel is visibly annoyed and is starting to lose his patience with him)
Axel: We don't have time! If Uncle Andrew comes back and sees that--
(Galileo shushes Axel before noticing the empty glass container. He gets on top of Axel's head)
Galileo: Agent Danger is gone!
Axel: Nothing gets past you.
(Galileo puts on his spy goggles and get inside the container)
Galileo: Let me switch to infrared mode and see what we can... Oh, great lighting! (He takes out his phone. Distracted, Galileo adjusts the spotlight and takes a selfie inside the container) Mmm-hmm. Ah! Fingerprints! Someone was here!
(Axel groans and facepalms in annoyance)
Axel: Those are mine. (He places his hands to the exact same spot where he left the fingerprints) Now can we get down to some real detection? It's not like the toy just walked away on its own.
Galileo: Actually, you might be onto something...
Axel: I am? Then hang on for...
(Action Axel lands onto the table near the container)
Galileo: Ah! A clue! Look! No sign of jimmying. This foor was opened from the inside! Tiny footprints! (He turns on the heat vision from his goggles) Judging from the sole, patent leather. SIze 3, millimeters. Agent Danger wasn't stolen. He escaped!
Action Axel: It's gotta be Madcap, then!
Galileo:' A novice might come to that conclusion. But, no. My scanners would pick up high levels of Minergy. And there is none. Nada! Zilch!
Action Axel: So we have no lead, no suspect, and my uncle will be here in five!
Galileo: Watch and learn. A master spy is at work. (He activates his jet pack and gets onto the ceiling fan) Whoa! Scanning... let's see here... (He sees Agent Danger on top of a lamp nearby) Got him!
Action Axel: Agent Danger? What's he doing?
(Agent Danger jumps down from the lamp and lands onto a toy boat. He then jump from boxes to boxes before he gets to where a switch on the wall is)
Galileo: Uh... gymnastics and causing mischief! (Agent Danger kicks the switch and activates the ceiling fan with Galileo still onto it) Oh! Whoa! (He grabs onto the ceiling fan propeller) Someone call my stunt double! (He falls off the propeller) Aaah!
Action Axel: Galileo! Power Drone!
(Galileo is about to crash into the cash register)
Galileo: Aaah!
(Action Axel activates his Power Drone and rescues Galileo before he collides with the cash register)
Action Axel: Gotcha! You okay, "master spy"?
Galileo: I could use a soda water.
(Action Axel and Galileo both notice Agent Danger up ahead)
Action Axel: There he is! Come on! We have to get him back in his case before he causes any... (His Power Drone suddenly malfunctions by some sort of radio-wave interference) Huh? Whoa!
Galileo: Whoa!
(Action Axel and Galileo both crash down into a pile of boxes behind Agent Danger)
Action Axel: Ugh! (He and Galileo both groan) My wings... are wigging out!
(Suddenly, the two hear a motor noise)
Galileo: Oh! What's that noise?
Action Axel: Huh?
(The two Power Players both look up and see Agent Danger driving in a toy car)
Action Axel and Galileo: Wheels?
(Agent Danger drives the car out of the toy shop)
Action Axel: We've gotta stop him!
Galileo: How? Did you see that car? Vroom!
Action Axel: It's just batteries, and batteries run out eventually. We need a vehicle!
Scene: Streets of the city. Action Axel and Galileo are both riding on a skateboard to chase after Agent Danger down the streets.
(The three toys all go past a civilian)
Civilian: Whoa!
(Galileo is pushing the skateboard with his jetpack activated as a motor)
Galileo: Wheels and unlimited Minergy power!
Action Axel: Straight ahead! (Agent Danger looks up and sees Action Axel and Galileo from the rearview mirror) Push! We need to go faster! Hold it steady! I'm going in! (He runs forward to get into the car, but his armor malfunctions again. This time, it pulls out the Power Sword and it flies up into the air) Oh, no! No, no, no! Power Sword?! I didn't call for... (The Power Sword lands onto the ground in front of him and Galileo) Gal! Look out!
(The two Power Players bumps into the Power Sword, causing one of the skateboard's front wheels to fall off and send them flying into a trash can)
Action Axel and Galileo: Aaah!
(Agent Danger makes a U-turn and drives away from Action Axel and Galileo)
Action Axel: He's getting away! Go! Go!
(Action Axel runs after Agent Danger, but he stops when he notices Galileo isn't following him)
Galileo: Who am I kidding?
Action Axel: Huh?
Galileo: I'm no international lizard of mystery! I'm just a toy who watches too much TV. Sorry, Axel, I've failed you.
(A banana peel lands onto Galileo, causing him to groan)
Action Axel: Gal, I'm the one who should apologize. You're way better than some cheesy secret agent with a cool ride. When I needed help... you came. No questions asked. You're better than a super spy. You're a super pal.
(Action Axel reaches out his hand)
Galileo: Aw!
(Galileo grabs Action Axel's hand and he lifts himself up back onto his feet)
Action Axel: Now, can you use those spy goggles of yours to locate Danger?
(Galileo puts on his goggles)
Galileo: He's at 4th and Main, moving fast.
Action Axel: And our board is toast!
(The last front skateboard's wheel falls off)
Galileo: Who needs wheels when we've got these? (He puts on his helmet and steps onto the banana peel) Trust me, partner.
(Action Axel holds onto Galileo's arms)
Action Axel: I'm gonna regret my pep talk, aren't I?
Galileo: Hmm. Perhaps. Engage Speed Slider! (He activates his grappling hook and it hooks onto a nearby motorcycle a person is riding) Hold on! (The motorcycle pulls Action Axel and Galileo away as if they're water-skiing) Aaah!
Action Axel: Whoa!
Galileo: Whoa-ho-ho-ho! (He and Action Axel both manage to catch up with Agent Danger) Pull over, or we pull out your batteries! (Agent Danger presses the gas pedal and speeds off) Next level?
Action Axel: Approved! (He and Galileo both jump up into the air. He kicks the banana peel in front of Agent Danger's car. This causes Agent Danger to slip and crash into a street light pole. Action Axel runs up onto a nearby wall before he jumps down to capture Agent Danger) Gotcha! Aaah! (Suddenly, his jet boots malfunction) Huh? Not again! Whoa!
(Action Axel starts flying out-of-control in the air. Agent Danger is about to unfasten his seatbelt, but Galileo gets onto the car)
Galileo: Time's up, Danger! You've got nowhere else to-- (Agent Danger takes off his seatbelt and pounces up. He lands on top of the lamp pole) Well, I was going to say "go". (He activates his grappling hook and launches himself up) Ha, ha! (He is about to kick Agent Danger off the lamp pole, but Agent Danger suddenly hovers up) What? (He lands onto the lamp pole) Oh!
(Agent Danger flies away to the park)
Action Axel: Any help appreciated!
(Action Axel crashes into Galileo, causing themselves to fall off the lamp pole, and the two crash into another trash can. The two both groan as they recover themselves from the impact. Galileo looks up and sees that another banana peel has landed on his head)
Galileo: This is bananas.
(Action Axel walks out of the trash can)
Action Axel: I give up. My suit is broken. I'll just go back and hope Uncle Andrew doesn't lock me up in my room for the rest of the year.
(Action Axel sits onto a newspaper)
Galileo: Give up? You're Action Axel! I remember it like it was yesterday. I was lost, locked in despair. You picked me up, reminded me of who I am.
Action Axel: You know that was like three minutes ago, right?
Galileo: And even a little time can make a huge difference.
(Galileo reaches out his hand and helps Action Axel gets back onto his feet)
Action Axel: Especially when you're working out quirks! Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Galileo: Usually... not. (Later, Action Axel and Galileo have created a hang glider out of newspaper. They're standing on top of a roof) I'm beginning to regret my pep talk.
Action Axel: If my wing's broken, make a new one! One, two, three!
(Action Axel and Galileo both jump off the roof and glides themselves into the air)
Galileo: Whoa! Right! Right!
Action Axel: It's perfect! Something's been messing with the electronics in my suit, but a paper plane has no energy or Minergy!
(The wind blows the two Power Players to the park)
Galileo: Or stability?!
Action Axel: Woohoo!
Scene: Park.
Galileo: Any sign?
Action Axel: There!
(Action Axel points down at Agent Danger running in the park)
Galileo: Got him!
(Action Axel and Galileo both knock Agent Danger down. Nearby, Rufin reveals to have control Agent Danger with a remote)
Rufin: Hey! Get up, you crummy toy! I'm not done playing with you!
(Action Axel and Galileo both notice Rufin from up above)
Action Axel: That remote! It's synched with Uncle Andrew's toy tech! No way!
Galileo: That's probably why your gear was acting up! Radio-wave interference!
Action Axel: You keep an eye on Agent DAnger! I'll deal with this guy.
(Action Axel jumps down from the hang glider and lands at the playground. He transforms back into his human form and walks towards Rufin. He taps Rufin's shoulder)
Axel: Excuse me.
Rufin: Don't bug me! I'm playing!
Axel: Where'd you get that remote? Why did you steal my uncle's toy?
Rufin: Your uncle? Wait, you're the one operating those two loser toys that keep trying to stop mine?
Axel: Um, yeah, I'm operating them. But who the heck are you?
(Rufin takes off his snake hood and reveals himself to Axel)
Rufin: You can call me The Toy Thief! (He makes Agent Danger gets onto his shoulder. He laughs evilly before getting onto his bike) Later, loser!
Axel: Uh!
(Nearby, Zoe notices Rufin behind her with Agent Danger on his shoulder. Rufin laughs evilly while riding away, but Zoe pushes her bike in front of him)
Zoe: Oops!
(Rufin stops laughing when he sees Zoe's bike in his way)
Rufin: Huh? Look out! Aaah! (He crashes into a bush, causing him to lose Agent Danger when Galileo glides by and catches him) Ouch!
Galileo: Got him!
(Galileo flies back to the Toy Store while holding onto Agent Danger's hand. Axel chuckles when he and Zoe confront Rufin)
Rufin: We're not done here! I'll be back!
(Rufin runs off, causing Zoe to chuckle. Axel picks up the remote)
Axel: I thought you were gonna get as far away from me as you could?
Zoe: I did. I came to the park. You followed me.
Axel: Can we save that argument until after I get Agent Danger back to the store?
(Axel sighs)
Scene: Andrew's workshop. Axel maneuvers Agent Danger back inside the case.
(Uncle Andrew enters the store, so Axel hides the remote behind his back)
Axel: Uh, hey, Uncle Andrew! Have a good lunch? What's up?
(Uncle Andrew looks closely at Agent Danger)
Uncle Andrew: Hmm. You kept your word. I'm impressed. Maybe I'll let you play with Agent Danger sooner than I had planned.
Axel: Uh, that's okay. I'm in no rush. I've had enough excitement for one afternoon!
(Above Axel and Uncle Andrew, Galileo is watching them on top of the ceiling fan. He hums to himself before he glides away)
