Luka is a young neighbor of Axel Mulligan and Zoe.
Appearance[]
Luka is a short slender young boy with dark skin, curly black hair, and brown eyes. He wears black-rimmed round glasses, a white shirt with a blue paint design on the front, blue jeans, and white and gray sneakers.
Personality[]
Luka is energetic, stubborn, curious, playful, and naive. He loves to have fun with his neighbor Axel and he would often visit his house to play with him. But although Luka means well, he is unaware of how his love for playing can cause problems to the Power Players since he doesn't know that they're secretly living toys.
Relationships[]
Axel Mulligan[]
Luka and Axel are good friends to each other since they're both neighbors. He also seems to have admiration for Axel since he's older than him and considers him "so wise". Luka always enjoys visiting Axel's house for a playdate and having fun hanging out with him whenever he can. In "The Best Team", Luka becomes excited after Axel decides to partner-up with him for the soapbox derby race when Axel's original co-pilot was Zoe but she team-up with Cleo instead for the race. Later after Madcap got the boys' derby car to crash and Cleo abandons Zoe when the latter goes to help them, Luka and Zoe both team-up to finish their race with Luka saying that they're doing "for Axel". When Luka and Zoe both won the race together, they even share their trophy with Axel for their friendship.
Although Luka enjoys having Axel around to play with him, he always wants to play with Axel's toys, the Power Players, but Axel would often refuse to let him play with them since he's aware how roughly Luka play with them. Luka is currently unaware of Axel's secret identity as Action Axel.
Zoe[]
Along with Axel, Luka is also friends with Zoe and the three kids would often hang out at the Toy Store. After Cleo LeBall ditches Zoe during the soapbox derby race in "The Best Team" because of the former's ego and lack of sportsmanship when Zoe comes to help Luka and Axel after the boys' derby car crashed because of Madcap's intervention, Luka partner-up with Zoe so they could continue the race — though Luka is unaware that Axel and Zoe both secretly agree with each other to let her and Luka race together while Axel has to deal with Madcap, Dynamo, and Porcupunk who're sabotaging the race. Even though the two kids finished it second and Cleo actually finishes first, she doesn't have a partner with her after abandoning Zoe and since the rules stated that the derby race is a team race, she gets disqualified and thus, Luka and Zoe both won. The two kids also share their trophy with Axel as a sign of their friendship.
Craig[]
Not much is known about Luka's relationship with Craig, but the two boys are shown to be friends in "Dodge City".
Power Players[]
Unlike his friends Axel and Zoe, Luka is completely unaware that the Power Players are secretly living toys. Every time he comes over to Axel's place for a playdate, Luka would desperately try to play with the Power Players, especially Bearbarian since he's a teddy bear, even though Axel never lets him play with them. This is because he would unintentionally play with them very roughly which causes the Power Players to all afraid of him and they would try to hide from him whenever Luka visits Axel's house. In "Out Of My Head", Luka secretly played with Bobbie Blobby and Sarge Charge behind Axel's back and switches their heads by accident after he accidentally dropped them, unintentionally causing problems to them when the two toys have to help Action Axel fight against Porcupunk.

Trivia[]
- Before Luka made his first appearance, he is first mentioned in the end credits of Power Players.
- In "Gathering Dark", Luka is revealed to be afraid of spiders whether it's a toy or not.
- Luka doesn't like to eat sour candies as revealed in "All Trick No Treat".
- Out of Axel's toys, Luka likes both Bearbarian and Galileo. He likes Bearbarian because of his love for teddy bears, but he considers Galileo his favorite as revealed in "Beware of the Luka".
- As revealed in "The Best Team", Luka is one year younger than Axel. However, it's unknown how old Luka is since Axel turned ten a week after the webisode "Power Chef" and it's uncertain when "The Best Team" took place.
- Luka is named after the same character from Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir.
- He is also very similar to Chris from Miraculous Ladybug.
- Both are little kids.
- Both do not like what little kids do.
- According to Axel in "Out Of My Head", Luka never wants to leave the Toy Store whenever he visits him.
- It's implied none of Luka's friends, other than Axel and Zoe, like him very much because when he invites them over for a sleepover in "Bear-Knuckle Brawl", only Axel shows up since the rest of Luka's friends all told him that they got sick at the last minute so they won't visit him.
