Madcap

Tyrannus was the leader of the villains of the spaceasurs cartoon show. He was a pretty a two dimensional villain who say edgy words (the words would come out flat because Tyrannus had a terrible actor) attempt evil plots and get severely hurt while the heroes remained unscathed. His primary weapons were a gun that turned things to stone, a gun that turned things into rampaging mutant beasts and his intellect. Othniel tracked down Tyrannus ‘s action figure prototype and convinced Madcap that Tyrannus would make a good minion. However, Othniel was wrong. After he came to life Tyrannus proved to be a coward with major PTSD and fear of Othniel due to how much he got beat up in the show by Othniel. Madcap tried turning Tyrannus into a mindless drone, but he was saved by Galileo. Tyrannus spent a few days cowering in a fetal position in Axel’s closet. However Slobot was able to help him get other his trauma though psychological therapy, roleplay exercise and having him watch Axel play the spaceasurs fighting as Tyrannus and beating Othniel. Tyrannus is too still to afraid to fight but he has since been helping the power players by becoming Slobot's lab assistant. Since coming to life, he has developed sensitive artistic side. during the events of Big Mad, he decided to fight back by building a mech suit similar to Bobbie Blobby's suit which can fire lasers, has jetpacks, uses drills for excavation and defenive purposes and a soda dispenser for refreshing drinks.

Othniel was the main hero of the space-saurs which was one of the worst cartoons of the 90’s. Othniel was designed to be cool and edgy but he came out obnoxious and narcissistic. He was also viewed as bully by kids due to how brutally he beat up the shows villains and how he cruelly he insulted them Madcap brought Othniel to life and was easily able to make him join his army by showing him scathing reviews of his show and convincing him he had the right to get revenge on humanity for not thinking he was cool. Othniel enjoys writing terrible scripts for a tv show he plans on forcing humans to watch if madcap takes over the world. After Madcap was defeated for good, he left on his own as a big villain with his own minions in an abandoned laboratory.

T.A.N.K. (Titanium Armored Nuclear Killdroid) is a large android built by Madcap then brought to life by minergy to serve him. He serves as Madcap's muscle and most loyal servant. He is built for both long range and short range combat. He isn't an idiot but he does make some mistakes sometimes and it's easy to trick or at least distract him. He does have one personal goal himself. He wants to finally out muscle the Power Players Team. He was later approached by Dr Toyman after Madcap's defeat and offered to join his Toy Army, where he gladly accepted to finally settle the score with his enemies.

Acorrding to her toy bio backstory, Agent Tricky was once a circus clown until she joined up as an agent for B.L.O.C.K. (basically Sarge Charge's version of S.H.I.E.L.D.) , where she would become partner to fellow agent Hank J. Wimbleton. Their shared love of violence and battle drew them close as a couple, and they became the agency's best power couple. Tricky would often use a stop sign as a weapon. On one fateful mission to stop a criminal band of Fire Users packing so called Bullet Bill Launchers, Tricky was killed via a Bullet Bill to the forehead and burns to the mouth, while Agent Hank was severely burned on the jaw. Hank refused to accept her death, so he sought the Help of the team's medic, who used science to resurrect her. But due to a mishap where they both were startled by the sudden entrance of a fellow scientist, the medic messed up the experiment halfway and Tricky was resurrected as a zombie. Still, beggars can't be choosers, and she picked up where she left off, but put on a metal mask to hide her zombified face. She and Hank became regular allies to the Power Players shortly after Madcap's Defeat. She is a good person at hear with a love of music, but shares Hank's love of violence. when Hank joined the Alpha Alliance, she decided to join to help out.

Doctor Psycira was a minion of Madcap who after his defeat during the Events of Big Mad, decided to take over every children's imagination. She is a demented scientist who believes that imagination can be destroyed by hatred and she was responible for taking over Princess Holly's Castle Playset turning all of the toys who lived there into her personal army by combining toy parts with those of robotic toys. She uses his robotic tendrils to grab and carry stuff, can build vehicles and power plants and can send out a beam of evil energy from his eye

Launch Pad is a morden robot toy called a Solenoid built by Uncle Andrew and eventually came to life with stray minergy and join Yukanna Hito's Team of Power Players as the Communication Expert to help them deal with Madcap's Army. he utilizes his wheel to Maximize his speed and travel across the ground, spawn Sentry drones from his arm plates as back up and can convert electricity he collects into powerful shots or shift his hands into weapons like swords, grappling hooks or hand blasters. he is quite curious about electromagnetic forces and wants to study them as a scientist and always follows order from Sarge Charge and likes the company of strong toys like Bearbarian

Hoveria is a another Solenoid toy who is Launch Pad's sister built after the events of Big Mad and eventually came to life with stray minergy and started wandering the city until she encountered Galileo and Masko fighting off Princess SugarSalt and Butch Meathook. Impressed by their fighting skills, she followed them and asked them to teach her the way of the Spy and Wrestler. Feeling proud someone looked up to him, Galile began to secretly train her, until they were discovered by Sensei Psychi. Rather than punish Makso or Galileo. Psychi acknowledged his teaching skills and allowed Hoveria to train with Masko and Galileo. She would become a member of the Rainbow Players after meeting Leo Sachez aka Builder Man. She can levitate through anti-gravity, send out energy bolts from her hands and swap her hands out for either portal guns, chainsaws and flamethrowers

The Solenoid's Minergy is stored safely in the chest. Which is able to open up via panels. All of them are equipped with communication arrays. Allowing them to quickly access communicators on any frequency. While also being able to channel and enhance the natural abilities of the Solenoid.

The Solenoid toyline have two types. Type one is a one-wheel wonder that is connected via forms of suspension. Utilizing a frictionless wheel to maximize speed and travel across the ground. Males are known to be the type 1. Type two meanwhile uses anti-gravity hover technology. Able to reach heights and move omnidirectionally. Type 2 is always usually for females.

Trivia: Launch Pad is based on Manga Charge from Skylanders Swap Force while Hoveria's Headcanon voice would be GLaDOS from the video game series, Portal

Bio: Soon after Madcap's Attack on the base was ended by the Power Player, a battery of minergy fell off around Madcap's Lair and came into contact with a pile of Slime from Slime Kits. It affected them and connected them to a hivemind, where they piled onto each other and formed into one huge monsterous blob, dubbing themself Play Putty. Confused in their new intelligence and surroundings, they surfaced in the city, causing a panic among the humans, who ran in fear of the toy. Sad and confused, they grabbed a giant mallet from an armory store and busted open a sewer line, slinking into the sewers to hide. The Power Players caught word of a mysterious monster in the city and went investigate. They soon ran into Jevil who was investigating this as well. They split up, the Power Players finding him first. Immediately seeing him as a threat, they attacked. Play Putty defended themself and fended off the Power Players, slinking deeper into the sewers. Jevil soon caught up to them and saw them sitting sadly in the sewers, looking at their reflection in the water and striking at it. Jevil saw this creature wasn't a monster, rather a scared and lonely toy in need of a friend. He quickly warmed up to Play Putty and by the time the Power Players caught up, Jevil and Play Putty were the best of friends. Play Putty became Jevil's partner and an ally/wandering toy ronin to the Power Players ever since.

Appearance: they resembles a big green blob with toy parts in their body with a large gaping mouth and sharp fingers on his hands that are cotton candy cones

Abilities: they can shoot slime from their bottom and can chomp anything with their mouth

As you already know, Play Putty is genderless as they are genderfluid

Agent Hank J Wimbleton is a secret agent/commando action figure from the same toyline as Sarge Charge, Rosa and Leon who kept on tracking down clues until after the events of Unboxing after being brought to life by Minergy, whereas after he discovered the Power Players facing off against Madcap's goons. He was about to leave when he was captured by Oragutank and Brick Bazooka after he was startled by the Commando Elite Bipod and Mortar. After being brought to Madcap's lair, he discovered a lot about the Power Players and Evil Toys. Madcap then punished him for spying on him by having him tortured and forced to join his army. But being loyal to his Toyline's morals, Hank refused, and used his new powers of camouflage and technologhy to escape. He then found the Power Players and told them the whole story about the whole minergy thing He then left it up to the Power Players and their allies to protect the world. Later on, he met Wellington Iridish and became a member of the Alpha Alliance which turned into a Power Players Team after Madcap's Defeat, and began to specialize in creating a prison with Slobot specifically made to contain villainous toys.

These toys were once popular as some are modern toys or from the 90s but were recalled for various reasons or their legacies were forgotten which made the society that once cared for them, reject them, including their own children. Homeless and unloved, the six toys met each other at the city toystore, which they made their new home after being brought to life by stray minergy, and became a group of bad toys. As an act of payback on society for rejecting them, they spend their days committing petty crimes such as harassment, crank calling, and vandalism. A common recurring foe to the Power Players and Titans X, They even once joined Madcap's Army! But one day , their rivalry comes to its end when they learn of their tragic past and what the minergy did to them, and convinced them to join the Power Players and use their talents (and their recently developed Superpowers gained from the minergy) for good. their leader is JuiceMan while the indiuval members are Sawback, Pound Cake, Tater Tons, Buzz Bomber and Lennox but eventually split up to join and help other Power Players Teams defend different places

Abilities: shoot spikes from his head and was an adapt boxer who infused his punches with juice which of course uses to spray enemies

Member/Co-Leader of the C-Team which protects Luka's Room which he takes as substitute leader if Orson can't lead

Sawback (Spinosaurus action figure from Astro's Toyline, Not Dino Squad),

Abilities: shoot lasers from his gauntlets, climb walls and shoot sawblades from his back

Member of the D-Team Which protects the School which make him the lookout and threat warner

Pound Cake (Pound Cake action figure with combable hair from Berserkday Cake's Toyline)

Abilities: can deliver a powerful headbutt, bodyslam into anything and shoot off his hair like needles

According to his toy bio backstory, Trackerbot is the first robot created by the Commando Elite in their war with the Gorgonites to rise to become a full soldier, due to his advanced AI and skills with tracking. This shows in the toy as he is capable of tracking down almost anyone, and is armed with crushing claws for hands. Smart and tactic-oriented, he nonetheless has a sense of humor that keeps the Commandos laughing.

Springton Snipe is the Covert Black Ops specialist of the Commando Elite. Armed with a device that makes him invisible and night vision goggles, he is often sent to infiltrate the Power Players' home, but is often caught due to his own bungling nature giving him away. Despite his immense skill, he is very clumsy.

Samson Seal is the Navy Seal of the Commando Elite. He is best underwater and with infiltration through the pipes inside the house, so he is often paired up with Dr Nautilus, much to his annoyance. He is armed with a harpoon gun as a weapon. He eventually took up gambling with Dabber Hatter in his free time since Captain Mako allows him to ride Thick Shell.

Judas Judoguy is the martial artist of the Commando Elite. A tough, take-no-nonsense soldier, he is one of the most serious soldiers, and is armed with judo moves. He prefers to use his fists and kicks as opposed to guns and blades.

Sentry is a levitating robot used by the Commando Elite against the Gorgonites and Power Players. Dr. Toyman and Chip Hazrad has many of these toys acting as ground troops alongside the Stalkers and Gargoyles, since they are a dime a dozen and easily replaced. The Sentry is a sleek purple robot with a rounded square/diamond shaped "head". The front of the hull features a red horizontal scanner lens along the left and right surfaces of the head. The lower body of the Sentry consists of two laser cannon barrels fixed to a swivel chassis connected to the "head". The maglev components that keep the Sentry repulsed off the ground are probably stored either in the head or the body of the unit (or both) as the lower body is constantly swinging left/right even while the Sentry is idle in-place. The head remains stabilized and fixed facing the direction the Sentry is focusing on at any given time while the previously mentioned lower body continues to swing freely.

The Q36 Mobile Artillery Unit, also known as Mortar is a robot created by the Commando Elite to fight the Gorgonites and Power Players. Dr. Toyman and Chip Hazard has many of these toys acting as ground troops, since they are a dime a dozen and easily replaced. It fires two arcing glowing green mortar shells at its enemies that explode on impact. Mortar suffers from its slow movement and short-to-moderate firing range but, compensates with the amount of damage it inflicts.

The XJ-57 Bipedal Walking Weapons Platform (also known as the Bipod) is a Commando Elite mechanized walker used against the Gorgonites and Power Players. Dr. Toyman and Chip Hazrad has many of these toys acting as ground troops alongside the Stalkers and Gargoyles, since they are a dime a dozen and easily replaced. The robot toy is armed with a concealed side-mounted gun. The gun ejects out from the Bipod's triangular side panels when attacking targets. In spite of their fast movement speed, the Bipod lacks the element of stealth as a result of their loud clacking/clattering footsteps.

Bio: Icky Bones is a three-headed action monster figure who was from the same toyline as Viktor and one of the first new minions of Dr. Toyman to add to his army after the defeat of Madcap

Appearance: he resembles a ghostly figure with three unique heads: a zombie head with green slime and an exposed brain, a spooky ghost head with black hair and an alien head resembling a Venus flytrap

Abilities: he can attack with sharp claws, spit out green slime from his zombie head, send out banshee-like wails from his ghost head and can attack with a long tongue or pollen from Venus flytrap head

Personality: he doesn't speak normally and speaks almost entirely of grunts, screeches, and other monster-like sounds which only Malware-Tron is able to translate what he is saying

Fun Fact: he is inspired by a Scooby Doo Villain and the Demogorgon from Stranger Things

Bio: Fryclops is an evil toy who is one of the first new minions of Dr. Toyman after Madcap was defeated and was promoted to being a good advisor to the other evil toys in Dr. Toyman's Army

Appearance: he resembles a yellow-pale cyclops with a red apron, a swirly eye and has a hair that looks like french fries

Abilities: he can shoot scalding hot grease from his hands, use his hair as tendrils/extra hands and can fire off fry missiles from his hair

Personality: Fryclops is one of the smartest toys Dr. Toyman's Army, even smarter than Doctor Nautilus and can serve up greasy food with Chef Anthill

Bio: Uncle Slam is an American wrestler action figure from the same toyline as Jabbing Julian (My OC) who was brought to life with minergy and decided to become leader of his own team of Power Players called the Power Commandos to make sure no humans face the wrath of evil toys like Madcap

Appearance: he has the appearance of a American man with a hat and mustache along with a belt and black combat boots

Abilities: he has all the skills of a professional wrestler and can knock out any toys with a single punch

Personality: he believes everything about American freedom and rights when fighting against injustice and unfairness
