Bio: Mudman the Noxious Avenger is a mutant action toy who is the second in command of the Power Commandos who was based on a movie about a mutant hero who fights for the environment

Appearance: he resembles a mud/toxic mutant monster with a chemical canister on his back and has a bony arm on one side and a muddy arm on the other side with red eyes

Abilities: he can squirt from his eyes and shoot sludge from his gun attached to his canister pack while being able to be immune to radiation

Personality: he cares deeply for the environment as he spends his spare time cleaning and organizing things for Axel and Uncle Andrew
