Sensei Tingoo is a tengu action figure from Japan brought to life by stray minergy and decided to open a dojo in Axel's Room and to open his dojo's doors to Toys to teach them how to defend themselves and become heroes. He can create tornadoes, breathe fire from his mouth and can fire quills from his wings. He is quite honored to be part of the Power Players including Sarge Charge and was good friends with Dittwo, Retrope and Gatling Pea since he is good at training them to fight for freedom and self-defense.
