Mandibuzz is a condor/buzzard who was brought to life by Dr. Toyman to join his army thus becoming the eyes and ears in the skies of the army. she can shoot razor sharp feathers from her wings, send out electrical bolts from her beak and use her signature move, Buzzard Wrecking Ball with her personal wrecking ball mace. She only really cares about eating and pounding on the heads of good toys such as Claggy Cuckoo and Sheriff Aranagus but she wouldn't let out on romance as she is in a romance with Pigeon Pete who finds her as his special kind of woman
