Hebicobara is a beholder/gorgon toy from the same toyline as Dragoat who was part of Madcap's Army of Evil Toys before Madcap's Defeat and becoming a new recruit to Paxx Underbite's Team, T.E.C.H after being found near Madcap's old lair and giving training by Sensei Psychi. he posses many snake-like tendrils on his body which can cause petrification, being able to shoot acidic venom and bite at a long range, fire out a large laser from his single eye and use his tendrils to acts as limbs like arms and legs to be use for many purposes to help the Power Players. he is quite violent towards Bad Toys but despite his gruff exterior, he is a big softy deep down and likes to hang out with Cablecrow and Growanewt as he see's them as his favorite kind of companions
